The Bellus Angelfish is one of the most aesthetically pleasing Genicanthus species, known for its elegant swimming and striking colors that vary between sexes. Male individuals have more distinct and contrasting black and white stripes, while females display softer blue-grey tones.
Being a Genicanthus species, it is one of the rare angelfish that has a low tendency to harm corals, which makes it safer for reef aquariums.
